The line between inclusive and exclusive. As a church we try to be inclusive: welcoming and hospitable to all. But we are a church and we are believers, which means we believe something and that belief makes us exclusive to those who do not believe. These two sides can exist together in one community, but up until a certain point. It is a balance. Going completely in the direction of inclusitivity means loosing identity and message. Going completely into the direction of exclusivity means loosing openness and diversity (which also will hurt members). How do we see that balance in ICL?
